     Responsibilities:

¯     Erection and commissioning of , plc and i/o panels, x-ray analyser, ups, and field instruments3

¯         DCS: detailed engineering such as providing connectivity from field instrumentation to dcs and higher level information system, scada, application software development, cable scheduling.                      Preparations of specifications, data sheets, equipment sizing and selection, bid evaluation and inspection, approval of eqipment layout, ga drawings, material specifications and requisitions and interface with various c&i vendors.

¯       PLC : worked on allen bradley slc 500 plc, siemens step-5 plc,abb plc , and a vast knowledge of l&t modicon plc software (software –plc programming modsoft and scada ic2000, intellution fix32 7.0, i-fix3.5 ) & hardwares and its communication setup with remote i/o’s and scada (modbus plus & modbus).

        Achievments and credits :        

01.                             Single handedly responsible for automatic log sheet generation for complete cement plant hourley basis.

02.                             Total supervision of plant upgradation from ABB DCS to L&T DCS that  includes total engineering, erection, commissioning, communication setup, hookup plc with scada software prepartion and scada is developed under my supervision , and successfully commissioned before the target time (10-days).

03.                             On line weigh adjustment system installed in packing plant communication with hbm unit to intellutin fix 32.

04.                             Both plant ramco optima fuzzy logic control communication with modicon plc (984-785e & quantum434).

05.                             Both plant stacker / reclaimer ab plc upgradation and conectivity with telemetry system.

06.                             Removed all the sub control system local plcs and almost all system had taken in central plant plc.

07.                             Maximised the automation to avoid manual failures.

08.                             Presently responsible of both plant dcs system, department iso 9002 and 14000 documentation ,laboratory equipments ,x-ray analysesrs, ramco obcs and ofcs system, centralised ac system,and departmental store  inventory control.
